Group Exercise
By joining a group exercise class you increase your quality of life through a group setting. This helps with motivation in your exercise program, decreases boredom and helps you choose your specific intensity level. Check ou the class descriptions and choose which classes will help you get started on the right foot with your wellness program or try all of the classes and get a taste of what our group exercise program has to offer. All classes are free with your membership and schedules are posted at the beginning of each semester (Spring, Summer, & Fall).
