Body Blast
This is a dynamic class combining strengthening, toning, and cardio workouts. Body blast can be modified for any fitness level so whether you are a beginner or more advanced come out and try this high energy class! You’ll see why building muscle can be the body’s greatest fat-burning asset!
Core Strength
This is a 30-minute class designed for an intense full abdominal and lower back workout.
Dance Fitness
Come learn some new moves while getting a great workout! You will learn a variety of different styles and rhythms. No experience necessary. Come and find your groove and join the fun!
Kickboxing
This class is for those of you who wish to learn the basic moves in kickboxing. This class will teach you the right form on how to punch, kick and put together combinations of moves to increase your fighting techniques. It is also a great cardiovascular workout!
Pilates
This class involves strengthening your inner and core muscles. Through the use of resistance bands and basic yoga moves you will work on balance and lengthening your muscles.
Spin/Spin Combo
Keep your body challenged by getting a well-rounded workout with this great new addition! Spend the first half of the class getting your cardio workout in followed by strength training! Please be aware that there is a class limit – arrive early to ensure your seat!
Step & Tone
For all you who want more of a low impact workout and light intensity choreography, this is the class for you! This is a basic step and tone class to get you on the step and get moving.
Yoga
Come learn the basic fundamental of yoga. This class is designed to teach you the basic yoga moves. This class helps you increase a strong body, mind and spirit.
